Government, embassy and immigration fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted, as these are paid directly to the authorities.
Makchester service fees are refundable only if we have not yet begun processing your request.
Flight tickets are governed by the fare rules of the issuing airline. Refundable fares are processed per the airline's timeline; non-refundable fares may only return unused taxes.
Holiday package deposits are refundable subject to supplier terms. Cancellations made close to the departure date may forfeit the deposit or attract cancellation charges.
