Suggested Day Wise Itinerary:

Day 01: Dubai Arrival

Welcome to Dubai. On arrival at Dubai airport, transferred to chosen Hotel Dubai. Rest and overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: City Tour + Museum of the Future + Marina Dhow Cruise

After breakfast get ready for Dubai half day City Tour

Discover the best of Dubai on a half-day Dubai sightseeing tour. Traveling to Dubai’s top landmarks as you absorb the cosmopolitan atmosphere. Snap photos of the Burj Al-Arab, the sail-shaped hotel on its own artificial island; learn about local history at the Dubai Museum, ride an ‘abra’ water taxi (optional) across Dubai Creek, and much more.

Later proceed to visit Museum of the Future. The intricate oval-shaped Museum of the Future in Dubai explores human potential and possibilities for the future.

In the evening get ready to enjoy Dhow Cruise Marina: Absorb Dubai Marina’s unrivalled architecture, opulent yachts, and breath-taking waterfront sights at its best! Go on an atmospheric dhow cruise Marina which is a sum up of magical sightseeing, delectable dining, and striking entertainment.

Rest and overnight at the Hotel.

Day 03: Burj Khalifa 124th floor visit (non- prime hours) + Dubai Aquarium + Desert Safari

Morning after breakfast proceed to get thrilled by the world’s fastest double-deck elevators, cruising at 10m/s. Take a closer look at the world below through avant-garde, high powered, telescopes. Step out onto the public outdoor observation terrace overlooking the ever-growing skyline.

Burj Khalifa holds the following records:

Later explore one of the largest and most stunning aquariums which contains over 33,000 animals at Dubai Aquarium.
 
In the afternoon, get ready for a thrilling adventure at the Desert Safari. Experience dune bashing in the magnificent dunes of the desert and after sunset head to the desert camp.

Day 04: Dubai – Abu Dhabi Sightseeing + Ticket to Real Madrid Theme Park

After breakfast proceed to Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts. Check In to Hotel.
After fresh n up proceed to Abu Dhabi Sightseeing Tour with visit to Louvre Abu Dhabi.
 
Later proceed to enjoy an adventure-filled day at Real Madrid World in Dubai. The world’s first football theme park features over 40 experiences and attractions, and is located within Dubai Parks and Resorts.
 
Later return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 05: Thrilling Rides at Motiongate / LEGOLAND Park

 

After breakfast you have two options to enjoy your day.
 
You can visit to MOTIONGATE™ Dubai. This is the Middle East’s biggest movie-themed amusement park and serves up 40 world-class rides across three studio zones—DreamWorks, Columbia Pictures, and Lions Gate.
 
OR
 
You can visit LEGOLAND Park. LEGOLAND® Dubai is the ultimate world of year-round LEGO® theme park adventures for families with children aged 2-12. It will feature over 40 interactive rides, shows and attractions and 15,000 LEGO® model structures made from over 60 million LEGO® bricks. LEGOLAND® Dubai will feature six themed lands – LEGO® CITY, ADVENTURE, KINDGOMS, IMAGINATION, FACTORY and MINILAND – each unique in their design, entertainment and playful learning experience.
 
Later return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 06: Departure

Today, it is time to say goodbye. Check out at early in the morning and transfer to Dubai airport for your return flight back home.

Visa Requirement and Charges

Please check online or with our authorised representative if Travel visa is required to visit our country. It is your responsibility to submit all relevant documents and obtain a legal travel visa (as per requirement) before you travel.

In case your tour is cancelled or curtailed short due to visa issues, we will be unable to provide you any refund of the tour cost.

Travel & Medical Insurance Charges

  • It is Traveller’s responsibility to obtain and be in possession of the comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance, including medical insurance with provision for air evacuation, insurance in case of accidents, sudden sickness, medical expenses or death, before embarking on a tour. Our company is neither responsible nor liable for any claims, damage or loss as a result of Client’s failing to obtain necessary insurance cover.
  • We are however, happy to provide you travel insurance as per the plan you select which can offer you comprehensive coverage at highly competitive costs.

Payment Terms

  • 50% payment at the time of confirmation
  • Rest of the payment applicable as per the cancellation policy

We accept payments via bank transfer/Debit & Credit cards also. In case of a bank transfer please add USD 30 per transfer per time you transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We need to receive a cancellation request in writing for us to proceed with cancellation. The following charges will be applicable based on the cancellation request received by us.

If you cancel:

  • 60 days prior to departure there will be a 10% deduction on the package cost.
  • 59 – 45 days prior to departure: 25% deduction on the package cost.
  • 44 – 30 days prior to departure: 45% deduction on the package cost.
  • 30 – 15 days prior to departure: 65% deduction on the package cost.
  • 15 – 08 days prior to departure: 85% deduction on the package cost.
  • 07 days or less: 100% deduction on the package cost

 

TERM AND CONDITIONS:

  • The packages rates quoted are subject to fluctuations in rate of exchange.
  • All rooms, rates and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Rates are not valid for Events / Trade Fairs / Long weekends / Festivals / Blackout dates. (surcharges/ supplements will be applicable during these dates)
  • In case the same hotels / lodges / camps / resorts are not available, we reserve the right to change them in the same star category.
  • Child rates apply for children aged from 2 to 11 years old. 1 child sharing a room with 2 adults (depending on hotel policy). If the hotel does not have availability for family rooms, adult rates will apply.
  • If certain tours / entrances are closed during certain periods, alternative options may be provided.
  • Standard check-in time at the hotel is generally 1500 hrs. and check-out 12 Noon.
  • Early check-in, late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel and not guaranteed unless paid for.
  • We reserve the rights to reschedule the itinerary or routing.
  • Unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
  • Tours will be seat in coach basis (Unless mentioned otherwise) where guests have to reach on time at designated pick up point.
  • Any delays from your side will be considered a no show. No refund applicable in case of no show.
  • Most of the Hotels/ Lodges/ Camps / Apartments may ask for a security deposit at the time of check-in, which is refundable at the time of check-out and is subject to the hotel/lodge’s policy.
  • We reserve all rights. Any damages caused whilst on tour shall be borne (paid or settled) locally by the client, we will not be liable for the same.
  • In view of the current situation, please be advised that whilst the information and rates quoted are correct as of today’s date – we retain the right to adjust rates based on any changes to current operational or capacity restrictions imposed by Governments or other Authorities
